would it be possible to set the time of day when to pulse?

Sounds good, The only downside to this is that it might firstly error when trying to pulse when the computer is not on, well the question is how would you overcome the idea of the computer being turned off when its pulsing time, but for it to work properly then it would have to pulse when you turn the computer on next. But wouldn't that defeat the object of setting a time anyway?

Oppppppppps, haha lol, i was just thinking it might have a problem pulsing when its not on, forgot everything else is not on as well LOL, i am not feeling to well today anyway its taking its toll on me, rofl.
