Keys not registering in Red Dead Redemption 2

As title suggests.
I have tried running whatpulse as administrator.
Mouse clicks seem to register.

Any suggestions welcome.

Try closing Whatpulse, opening RDR2, then opening Whatpulse after RDR2 is open. GTA 5 used to do the same thing for me and this fixed it, even though you have to do it every time you launch the game.
