Teh WhatPulse, on install, adds a (Windblow$) startup entry:

Curious... Eye wonder, what the heck was I on about in that thread /post.

OIC., NVM., all it is: there's a difference in the look of the start-up entry added between the installer and in-program option, all good!..:)
