Clicks and Keys dont count in some Games

Hi all, at first my english is not the best so please be thoughtful.

I use What Pule since a week and i really like all the statistics. Now i have a problem with the counter. It dont work in some games. I played S.K.I.L.L -> dont count. Merch of war -> dont count. Navyfield 2 -> dont count.
Is there a solution for my problems? Found nothing in the settings or something like this.

Are you currently running your WhatPulse client as an administrator? If you are, try running the game in "Windowed" mode instead of full screen and report back as to whether or not that works.
